    Shipping Policy Information

    Handling Time:  All orders are processed within  one business day after receiving your order confirmation via email (excluding weekends or holidays.)  Once your order has been processed you will receive a notification via email with your  USPS tracking you may track your order and delivery.  Please note in some cases orders may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions outside of our control and/or USPS delivery restrictions to these areas during times of storm or flooding or other extreme weather. 

    Processing Time: Orders are processed daily Monday through Friday Pacific Time during business hours between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at our facility.  Once your order is received we will package and prepare your order for shipping.  Orders received after 4:00 PM on weekdays will be processed on the next business day. 

    Tracking Information: USPS facility orders are scanned into their system and tracking and delivery updates can be found at  USPS. 

    Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: All of your shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.  As a courtesy to all of our customers, we offer discounted USPS rates of up to 20% off on all orders placed.  So please know that you are getting the best shipping value rate when you place your order on our site. 

    We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Absolute Esthetics Skin Care Product orders of $50.00 or more.  All Absolute Esthetics orders will be shipped out Priority Mail but this is not guaranteed overnight delivery, and in most cases would take up to two-three days to arrive. 

    Lost or Damaged Packages:

    Damaged:  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

    Lost or Stolen:  We do not replace lost or stolen packages at this time.  If you believe there may be a possibility that your package will be stolen it is advised that you select signature confirmation at the checkout so your order can be accounted for with a signature.  For lost items, you can file a claim with USPS  to request a refund for your items.

    In-Store PIck-Up:  While we do have a skincare clinic where we retail products in San Francisco, CA USA you must contact us ahead of time to make arrangements to come to pick up your products in person. 

    International Shipping:  With the exception of (Canada)  we do not offer  International Shipping at this time.  For orders shipping to Canada be aware that orders can be held up and deliveries delayed due to customs inspection or other restrictions.  All orders are handled by USPS please see restrictions for your city or district to ensure that USPS delivers to your local area. 

    Shipping to PO Boxes:  It is important to check the limitations for shipping to a Post Office Box. For example, if you are not listed as legally authorized to receive mail at that Post Office Box, then, orders will be returned to the sender.  If returned to Absolute Esthetics due to an addressee not found, then…

    ●  You may receive a full refund for your order once it is received back at our facility.

    ●  Or you may provide another address for redelivery once your order is received back at our facility.

    Keep in mind this will create a delay in receiving your order, and depending on where you wish to have it redelivered, then, there may be a change in shipping fees. 

    Returns Refund and Exchanges:  All merchandise can be returned or exchanged as long as you return the entire unused portion within ( 10-days  of receiving your order. )  You may return it to us at Absolute Esthetics 490 Post Street, Suite 1528 San Francisco, CA 94102.  Please package products with protection (to prevent leakage or damage,) and place them in a padded envelope for return shipping  You are responsible for return shipping fees and may check with your local  USPS facility for shipping fees and rates.  We are not responsible for items being shipped back for return if they are lost and so please check with your local carrier to find out about insurance.
