Absolute Esthetics Training And Mentoring Program For Licensed Estheticians
This program is designed for recent graduates who are licensed estheticians that have passed their state board exam and need real hands-on experience working with clients in the treatment room. Program and training is focused on learning corrective facial treatments in an advanced setting such as a clinical practice or medical spa. If you are looking for employment, but do not have the required experience needed, then, this program is designed to quickly get you up to speed with practical hands-on experience, and provide you with the mentoring and guidance needed to help build your knowledge, skill set and confidence in the treatment room.

Client Intake and Skin Analysis |
How to onboard a new client, review health concerns, and review proper skin analysis to assess and determine how to prep skin for appropriate facial treatment. |

Microdermabrasion |
Overview of treatment, review of safety protocols and contraindications, practical hands on training to develop technique through practice (with purchase of advanced training package includes advanced protocols & combining with other treatments.) |

Chemical Peels |
Review of acids, safety protocols and contraindications, hands on practical experience performing chemical peels, (with purchase of advanced training package includes advanced protocols & combining with other treatments). |

Micro-Current |
Overview of treatment, practical hands on experience using this skin tightening modality and/or combining with other modalities and treatments as an advanced facial protocol (with purchase of advanced training package includes advanced protocols & combining with other treatments.) |

Acne Facials and Extractions |
Review of acne/acne care regimens and treatment protocols, and proper extraction technique (with purchase of advanced training package includes advanced protocols & combining acne care facials with other treatments.) |

Dry Sensitive Skin Facials |
Review of proper facial techniques and protocols for dermatitis prone skin types and best facial protocols. |

Micro-Channeling |
(Advanced training package only) Overview of treatment, safety protocols and contraindications. Hands on training with knowledge of advanced skincare ingredients and serums to use for various skin concerns. |

LED Light Therapy |
Overview, safety protocols and contraindications, and hands-on experience and best practices using this modality with all facial treatments. |
Each package comes with a free follow-up session (note each package has a different amount of follow up time corresponding to the package type) so you can brush up on what you have learned. All equipment/modalities used for training is provided, and is a recognized brand used in our industry. All necessary skin care products and professional acids will be provided, but you will need to bring models for all practical hands-on training.
Package One:1 Full Day one on one training $1,000.00 for one day (7-hours) includes 2-hour Free follow up practice session, which must be scheduled on a Monday.
Advanced Package Two: Two Full Days one on one training $1,900.00 for two full days (7-hours per day) includes a 4-hour Free follow up practice session, which must be scheduled on a Monday.
Advanced Package Three: Three Full Days one on one training $2,800.00 for three full days (7-hours per day) includes a 6-hour Free follow up practice session, which must be scheduled on a Monday.
